Call for abstracts

• January 5, 2026 — Call for abstracts opens.
• February 28, 2026 — Call for abstracts closes.
  After this date, the registration form will remain open, but abstract uploads will be disabled.
• March 13, 2026 — Notification of acceptance emails sent to all submitting authors.

Conference registration and abstract submission

• Conference registration and abstract submission use the same Google Form.
• Until February 28, 2026: participants may register and optionally submit an abstract.
• After February 28, 2026: the Google Form remains open for registration only; the abstract-upload section will be locked.
• Registration via the Google Form and payment via Eventbrite remains open until April 30, 2026.
  We are aiming to keep conference fees at a minimum.

Lodging reservations

• Lodging reservations must be made using a dedicated reservation form provided by the Auberge du Lac-à-l’Eau-Claire.
• This form will be sent to all registered participants and will also be posted on the conference website.
• Completed reservation forms must be submitted before April 6, 2026.
• Additional nights may be booked on May 25 or May 28 if the participant requests it.
