From the start, one of our objectives was to keep the workshop affordable and accessible, particularly for students. Thanks to the support of our sponsors and Polytechnique Montréal, anyone may register and attend the workshop at no cost.

Participants remain responsible for their own travel and lodging (which includes restaurant meals) at the Auberge.

The workshop registration form remains open. Although there are no registration fees, all participants must complete the registration form available on the workshop website, including those who did not submit an abstract: https://internationalipworkshop.com/

April 6 is the deadline to reserve a room or condo at the Auberge, after which availability cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your reservation forms, also available on the website, directly to the Auberge.

The scientific committee is currently reviewing 43 submitted abstracts, most of which are extended abstracts with a preference for oral presentation. Acceptance decisions will be communicated by March 13. If you or members of your team were unable to submit an abstract earlier but would still like to contribute, please contact me directly. We can accept late submissions until March 11, but no later.

Conference registration and abstract submission are handled through a single Google Form, which is available here on the conference website homepage.

Authors may select their preferred presentation format (oral or poster) and indicate if the presenting author is a student when completing the submission form.

Participants may register with or without submitting an abstract.

• Registration via the Google Form remains open until 45 days before the conference (mid-April).

Payment

  We are aiming to keep conference fees at a minimum.

Lodging at the Auberge du Lac-à-l’Eau-Claire

• Lodging reservations must be made using a dedicated reservation form provided by the Auberge du Lac-à-l’Eau-Claire.
• This form will be sent to all registered participants on March 1 and will also be posted on the conference website.
• Completed reservation forms must be submitted no later than 45 days prior to arrival (mid-April).
• Additional nights may be booked on May 25 or May 28 if the participant requests it.
